I decided to start my first session at work today, for the first time, during some downtime. My tics were light today.
YGTSS: 16
Very steady blood pressure- very awake. I had an active work day so far.
I wasn’t expecting to send the ball flying into space on my first game, but that’s what I did.
During the last few days, I’ve had a few thought-based breakthroughs. I feel that my perception of what it means to “focus” is taking on concrete reconsiderations. When I figure out what I’m talking about, I will let you know.
DAY 8 SCORES: (222%?!)

NOTICE: Long breaks between sessions.
It could be a coincidence, but I had a major headache after game (A) and considered forgoing my two final sessions due to ethical concern. Its possible that my headset was too tight or maybe it was coffee related.
I drink about a half a cup of coffee per day and plenty of water, so this should really be a non-factor.
Either way, I can’t reasonably claim to have had some sort of neural breakthrough based on one game that falls far outside of the average score. If I see a consistent increase in performance over the next few days, then we’ll talk.
In the name of science, as of now, I am chalking this up to a calibration-related hardware malfunction, or aliens.
Notably, during game A, the device WAS tracking and when I stopped paying attention, I lost activity like any other game. It was very responsive.
If it was organic, HOW DID I DO THAT?!
It was impossible to resist completing my rounds, so despite a lingering headache, I fit two more games in before the day was out.
Game (C) was conducted in my office, under all standard controls
Anyway, here was the first week. I started composing the weekly breakdown as its own entry, but when I opened drafts, I began writing the Day 8 report on top of it by mistake. I got too far into it to change it and I’m working from my phone this time around. Oh well.
WEEKLY BREAKDOWN:
DAY 1

DAY 2

DAY 3

DAY 4

DAY 5

DAY 6

DAY 7

Feedback: I’m enjoying this so far.
