I overcame an interesting perception hurdle around Day 8, and now averages are rising session after session despite how tired I’ve been.

Expected Tics today. Face, Jaw, Hand.

I have tinnitus, by the way. (All the time ringing) First time mentioning here, but ringing was very loud today. On my least favorite days, tics and tinnitus are at their worst together. I will likely take a look into health technology solutions for tinnitus in the future.

I seem to be making progress despite challenges with pre-session routine data. In the last few days, I’m aiming to re-enforce and creatively adapt pre-session CBT routines that are more effective and less time consuming, while checking more than all the boxes.

11 days so far. I can’t really imagine how different this daily experience will feel by day 60.
