Day 16: Neurofeedback Training – Intense Activity

Daily Overview: Friday, April 21st

It was a good day. I got a lot done.

YGTSS: 22

Honestly, my tics were very light today. They were annoying and disrupt disruptive for about 5 minutes in the late afternoon and led me to spill my coffee.

I did some of my best work today though.

On this session, I became more dialed in with each game improving upon the last.

DAY 16 SCORES:

BEST SCORE: (C)

This was a first time occurance- during game (C) I was suddenly filled with adrenaline for reasons unclear. My heart rate increased significantly. I started controlling the game very intensely. When I was finished, I noticed my eyes were bloodshot. I’m chalking this up to eye strain.

There are really no qualms about it – performance is consistently improving and I’m really starting to discover what conscious control feels like. It’s pretty neat- learning to preform a new simple task with your brain.

That’s it for now.
