30 days of neurofeedback training complete. But let's talk about what "30 days" really means.

The popular notion that habits form in 30 days is a myth. Modern research shows the actual range is approximately 18 to 254 days, depending on the behavior and the individual. The 30-day figure traces back to a 1960s book called "Psycho-Cybernetics" — great marketing, questionable science.

YGTSS Score 8

Ongoing effort to balance analysis with readability while integrating neurofeedback training into a demanding schedule. Consistency remains the biggest challenge — not the training itself, but making space for it.

Technical Anomaly

May 25th session produced unusual volatile fluctuations — extreme highs and lows in performance despite stable conditions. Poor sleep the night before is one explanation, but I suspect technical causes. Investigating environmental variables.

Overall status: amazing progress on multiple fronts. Tics described as "light to moderate in severity" — a dramatic shift from the YGTSS 40 recorded on Day 6.
