Discovery: I've been training at approximately 14x the recommended beginner frequency. Over 440 minutes of neurofeedback accumulated.
Inadvertently, I've been a madman regarding training intensity. The recommended starting protocol is far more conservative than what I've been doing. Oops.
"It's said that practicing mindfulness for 10 minutes a day can make you more effective by helping you regulate your emotions and make sense of the past." I've been doing considerably more than 10 minutes.
Observed that excessive focus can have negative consequences — potentially draining energy and reducing self-control paradoxically. Experienced occasional headaches. Decision: reduce to two games instead of three this session.
Cat interrupted training again. Persevered regardless. Headaches attributed to general life stress rather than solely the training regimen.
