On Neurodiversity
An estimated 15-20% of the world's population identifies as neurodivergent, yet unemployment rates for this group remain at least as high as 30-40%. We live in an era where neurodivergent individuals are no longer stigmatized the way they once were — and that's worth celebrating while acknowledging how far we still need to go.
