Something happened today that I've never experienced in 29 years of consciousness.

YGTSS Score 14

During a session, I experienced a singular thought in true isolation β€” completely separated from the constant background noise of competing thoughts, impulses, and tic urges. It was totally alien to my normal mental state. Like hearing silence for the first time after a lifetime of static.

I am now taking conscious control of my prefrontal cortex. Not hoping it activates. Not waiting for the right breathing pattern. Directing it.

Light to moderate tics after controlled breathing sessions. Identified the optimal headset tension β€” tight enough for good signal, loose enough to not create pressure-induced distraction.

Three 10-minute sessions confirmed as the most effective format. The sweet spot between enough training and not burning out the focus circuits.
